FAQ

Safety & Vehicles

Are your vehicles winter-ready?
Yes. We run full-size 4x4 SUVs on top-rated Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires (3-Peak Mountain certified), driven by professionals who live in these mountains.

Why not just rent a car or use Uber?
Most rental SUVs do not come with real snow tires, and ride-shares are often sedans on bald all-seasons. Utah canyons are steep and slick in storms. One unprepared vehicle can block hundreds behind it. We are built for these roads: proper gear, proper tires, local drivers.

How safe are the canyons in a storm?
Safe with the right vehicle and driver. Stressful otherwise, with steep grades, tight turns, and heavy snow. That is why we are here.

What happens if UDOT closes Little Cottonwood Canyon?
If the canyon is shut, nobody gets in or out. We will work with you to adjust plans, get you down early, or reschedule at no cost. Safety first, powder second.

Flights & Airport Pickup

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight. Small delays (15–45 minutes) are no problem. If your flight is pushed back several hours or overnight, we will work with you to reschedule or refund.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Once you have your luggage, text or call our office. Then head outside to Column 6A in the Ground Transportation zone, first curbside from arrivals. Your driver will meet you there.

How early should I leave Park City or Deer Valley for my return flight?
Plan for 2.5 hours before departure. From Park City proper: about 55 minutes drive. From Canyons Village: about 45 minutes. From Mayflower or East Deer Valley: about 1 hour. Storms or canyon traffic can add time, so we build in buffer.

Capacity & Luggage

How many passengers and how much gear can you handle?
SUVs seat up to 5 guests comfortably (6 only if traveling light, no ski bags). Ski and boot bags are welcome, with a maximum of 3 hard cases. We will do our best to fit strollers or travel cribs if you tell us in advance.

Families & Kids

Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Booster and child seats are available at no charge. Just request one when booking.

Stops & Flexibility

Can we make a stop on the way?
Yes. Every ride includes one 15-minute stop for groceries, liquor, or a ski shop if needed. Need longer? The cost is $30 per additional 15 minutes. Please request when booking. If not, we will do our best but it depends on the day’s schedule.

Do you handle same-day or last-minute requests?
Sometimes. Online booking closes 24 hours in advance. For same-day rides, call us with at least 3 hours’ notice. If a driver is available, we will be happy to take the ride.

Do you drive anywhere besides Park City and Deer Valley?
Yes. Park City and Deer Valley are most popular, but we will take you anywhere you need, from Cottonwood resorts to Salt Lake nights out. Not seeing your destination? Call us and we will arrange it.

Local Vibe

Do your drivers ski?
Yes. We are ski locals. We live here for the snow and we enjoy sharing tips or trail recommendations if you want them. We will get you safely to the mountain so you can make your own ski memories.
