Further details about bookings/rides:
Vehicle Safety: All rides are in 2025 luxury SUVs, equipped with Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires (3-Peak Mountain Snowflake rated) and AWD for reliable performance in Utah’s winter conditions.
Passenger Capacity: Preferred seating is 4–5 passengers for maximum comfort. We can accommodate up to 6 passengers, but this depends on luggage. Example: 2 parents + 4 children with standard bags is no issue. Large hard ski cases or oversized items may reduce seating availability.
Pricing Transparency: All prices are all-inclusive — taxes and driver gratuity are included in the total.
Luggage & Ski Gear: Standard soft ski bags and suitcases fit best. Multiple hard ski cases or oversized items may limit available seating.
Driving Experience: Your driver has years of experience in winter mountain driving, including Utah’s steep canyon roads and snowy highway conditions.
Timing Guidelines:
Arrivals — Enter your flight number and flight time when booking. We’ll monitor your flight and meet you when you land — typically 25–40 minutes after arrival, depending on airline, passenger count, and luggage.
Departures — Schedule pickup at least 2 hours 20 minutes before your flight. This allows ~45 minutes for the drive and ~90 minutes at the airport.
Stops: Quick stops (e.g., grocery or liquor store) can be added during checkout. Default service is direct, non-stop."
