Note on flight times:

Arrivals: Schedule for your actual flight time and provide your flight number when booking. We’ll monitor your flight and meet you about 25–40 minutes after landing, depending on airline, passenger count, and luggage.

Departures: Schedule pickup approximately 2 hours 20 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes before your flight, with additional time when weather or traffic requires it.

Private, winter-ready SUV transfers from Salt Lake City Airport to Park City, Deer Valley, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton—with family-friendly service and space for ski gear.

Know before you go:

Vehicle Safety: All rides are in 2025 luxury SUVs, equipped with Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires (3-Peak Mountain Snowflake-rated) and 4x4/AWD for reliable performance in Utah’s winter conditions.

Passenger Capacity: Best comfort is 4–5 passengers. We can seat 6 if traveling light, but large hard ski cases or oversized items reduce available seating.

Luggage & Ski Gear: Soft ski bags and standard suitcases fit best. Maximum of 3 hard ski cases; oversized gear may limit seating.

Stops: Each ride includes one 15-minute stop (groceries, liquor, ski shop) if needed. Extra time is available at $30 per 15 minutes. Please request when booking.

Pricing Transparency: Rates are all-inclusive. Taxes, tolls, fees, and driver gratuity are built into your total.

Driver Experience: All drivers are seasoned in Utah winter mountain driving, including steep canyons and snowy highways.
