Why East Village uses a different airport route
Most Lower Deer Valley trips reach the resort through Park City after traveling I-80 through Parleys Canyon. East Village is generally approached from U.S. 40 on the Jordanelle side. In normal conditions, the drive from SLC Airport to East Village usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes. Active snowfall, holiday traffic, road incidents, and changing mountain conditions can increase travel time.
That route distinction matters when selecting a service. Guests traveling to Snow Park should choose the Lower Deer Valley option. Guests staying at Grand Hyatt, East Village, Mayflower, or an East Village residence should select the Upper Deer Valley / East Village service.
